If this sounds familiar
Two minutes on the part of running a home studio nobody sees. The enquiries in your inbox, the quote you meant to send, the deposit you think was paid, the wedding date you can’t afford to forget — all the things you carry in your head. And what it looks like to stop.

The part of a studio nobody sees
Replies go out faster. Quotes look as professional as the dress. Balances don’t get forgotten. Customers feel looked after, not chased. A working day that’s about the work — not about chasing through Instagram, rebuilding the same quote from scratch, or trying to remember who still owes a balance.
If your business is scattered across Instagram DMs, WhatsApp, and Gmail, you’re not organised — you’re just jumping between apps. Most home studios run on five different tools at once. Enquiries land in Instagram DMs and WhatsApp. Bookings sit in a separate calendar. Quotes get rebuilt every time. Notes live in a notebook the customer can’t see. Deposits and balances live in the studio owner’s head.
Bespoke wedding dresses, bridal alterations, occasion wear, dressmaking, and traditional dress — multi-fitting customer journeys with deadlines that matter. StudioOps follows the work end to end, from first message through to final payment.
Customers book from a link while the slot engine protects the time you need for real studio work — buffers between fittings, closed days, capacity limits.
Contact details, notes, measurements, fitting history, and appointments together in one place. Searchable, ordered, never lost.
Create itemised quotes from a short brief. Edit before sending. Customers read, comment, and accept from their own page.
Deposits and balances tracked against every job. Customers pay you by direct bank transfer to your own bank account, or by card via Square — your choice, per invoice. StudioOps never touches your money, and never touches card data.
A private link gives each customer one place to manage their fittings, see their quote, and reach you. No new login, no new password.
See when the studio is getting full before you say yes to more work. Plan around wedding dates and deadlines without the maths.
Draft replies to enquiries, extract line items from a brief, prepare quote text. You stay in control of every word that goes out.
Built first with a real studio
A husband-and-wife home studio. Ekuba on the seam: bespoke wedding and occasion wear, bridal alterations, traditional African dress. Gareth runs the admin: enquiries, bookings, quotes, invoices, customer follow-ups. The work covers the full range of what a small atelier takes on, and every feature in StudioOps has to earn its place in real day-to-day use.
StudioOps is new and small. Self-serve setup with clear guides; UK-based support via the help centre and ticket form when something needs attention.
Booking page, quote, invoice, and customer portal are simple, mobile-first, and tested with real brides at Chayil before any new studio uses them. The studio looks as composed as the work.
Per invoice you choose: direct bank transfer (the money goes from your customer’s bank into yours — StudioOps never sits between you), or card via Square. With card, Square processes the payment; card data never touches StudioOps. PCI DSS SAQ A.
CSV export per table, available any time, at no fee. Your Square account stays yours regardless. No lock-in, no notice period.
StudioOps is designed to be simple and self-serve. Clear guides walk you through setup; UK-based support is available via the help centre and by raising a ticket. We aim to reply the same working day where practical for urgent queries.
