Sensitive fields locked

Billing and payment-provider state is write-locked from the authed app layer too — only signed Square / Stripe webhooks can flip those fields. Belt and braces.

Audit log

Every sensitive action (send, share, payment, refund, token issue) leaves a timestamped row in the audit log scoped to your studio. Forensics when you need them.

Your Square stays yours

Your Square account is connected to StudioOps via OAuth — disconnect any time. If you stop using StudioOps, your Square account, your customer history with Square, and your stripe of money are unaffected.
